Elminating Bad Thoughts
- Notice what Kinds of bad thoughts are running through your mind and what you say to yourself that makes you feel bad.
- While you are speaking badly to yourself, repeat the mantra: “Shut the fuck up, shut the fuck up, …
- Each time you are speaking negatively to yourself, repeat this mantra.
- Start saying nicer, more encouraging Things and compliments to yourself in a Kind and certain tone of voice.
