Getting over bad decisions

When you feel bad, you will make bad decisions.

So the first trick to making better decisions is to learn to make them when you feel good 🙂 Manifest good states when you Need them and develop the skill of getting over bad moods.

Elminating Bad Thoughts

  1. Notice what Kinds of bad thoughts are running through your mind and what you say to yourself that makes you feel bad.
  2. While you are speaking badly to yourself, repeat the mantra: “Shut the fuck up, shut the fuck up, …
  3. Each time you are speaking negatively to yourself, repeat this mantra.
  4. Start saying nicer, more encouraging Things and compliments to yourself in a Kind and certain tone of voice.
